Log-growth rates of CO2: An empirical analysis
نویسندگان
چکیده
We study the parametric distribution of log-growth rates CO2 and per capita emissions for 207 countries territories taking data from 1994 to 2010. define different duration periods, one year apart fifteen years apart. The considered probability distributions have been following: normal (N), asymmetric double Laplace (adLN), exponential tails (ETN) a mixture two (2N) or three (3N) distributions. main result is that best depending on period considered, in such way there not systematically dominant distribution. Thus, behavior may change next one, possibly this influenced by policy measures as Kyoto protocol Clean Development Mechanism. Moreover, measure can be derived paper some still reduce their compared with others, seen non-uniformity preferred each period. also model stochastic differential equation whose associated Fokker–Planck has solution observed time-dependent density function.

Analyzing Log Analysis: An Empirical Study of User Log Mining
We present an in-depth study of over 200K log analysis queries from Splunk, a platform for data analytics. Using these queries, we quantitatively describe log analysis behavior to inform the design of analysis tools. This study includes state machine based descriptions of typical log analysis pipelines, cluster analysis of the most common transformation types, and survey data about Splunk user ...
متن کاملan infinite planar array of rectangular microstrip patch antenna analysis
the methods which are used to analyze microstrip antennas, are divited into three categories: empirical methods, semi-empirical methods and full-wave analysis. empirical and semi-empirical methods are generally based on some fundamental simplifying assumptions about quality of surface current distribution and substrate thickness. thses simplificatioms cause low accuracy in field evaluation. ful...

Analysis of atmospheric CO2 growth rates at Mauna Loa using CO2 fluxes derived from an inverse model
Carbon dioxide (CO2) growth rates are estimated for a period 1959–2004 from atmospheric CO2 measurements at Mauna Loa by the Scripps Institute of Oceanography. Only during a few short periods, 1965–1966, 1972–1973, 1987– 1988 and 1997–1998, in the last 45 yr have growth rates of atmospheric CO2 been of a similar magnitude or higher than that due to the total emission from burning of fossil fuel...
متن کاملThe Determinants of Exchange Rate System: an Empirical Analysis
Since the breakdown of the Bretton Woods System, exchange arrangements of countries have become flexible. Several attempts have been made to determine whether the theories of optimum currency areas adequately explain the choice of an exchange rate system. In this paper, the optimum currency area is retested. Using cross-section data, a regression analysis of the choice of an exchange rate syste...
